Nongamstop Review is a small publication about casinos that operate outside GamStop, the UK’s online self-exclusion scheme. It is written for two kinds of reader: someone deciding whether an offshore operator can be trusted with their money, and someone whose withdrawal has stalled or whose account has been closed and who needs to know what to do next.
What guides and casino research do we publish?
Guides. Twenty plain-English explanations of the problems that come up with casinos outside the UK regime: delayed and reversed withdrawals, identity and source-of-funds checks, confiscated balances, licences, complaints and chargebacks. None of them carries an affiliate link.
Research notes. Dated records of what the operators we list publish about themselves — which licence each one holds, and which bonus terms they leave out. Each one says how the check was made and when.
One comparison page. Sixteen operators, set out with what our checks found about each one’s licence and bonus terms, alongside the offers listed for them. It is the only page on the site with affiliate links, and it says so above the content.
What our research is, and what it is not
Our own findings about named operators come from their public websites, read on recorded dates: the licence details in the footer and the figures in the bonus terms. Where our check cannot find a figure, we say it was not found rather than guess. The offers, payout times and minimum deposits shown on the comparison page have not been verified by us, and are labelled that way.
We have not opened accounts, deposited money, requested withdrawals or timed support replies at any of the operators we list. If that changes, every result will carry its date, the amount, the payment method and what happened, and the methodology page will say exactly what was done.
Who publishes Nongamstop Review and how to contact us
This site is published by The Nongamstopreview.com editorial team. Questions, corrections and complaints go to contact@nongamstopreview.com. We read everything that arrives; how corrections are handled is set out on the corrections page.
The guides and research notes are reviewed by Cal Evans, a researcher on the team. Operators and press can write to hello@nongamstopreview.com.
We are not connected to GamStop, the UK Gambling Commission, any other regulator, or any operator beyond the commercial relationship described in our affiliate disclosure. Nothing here is legal or financial advice. Where a guide describes a law or a regulator’s process, it links to the official source so that you can check it yourself.
Why we write about casinos outside GamStop
People reach offshore casinos whether or not anyone writes about them. The questions that matter — who licenses this company, what its terms actually say about withdrawals, what you can do when it will not pay — are often hard to find answered plainly. That is what we try to do.
It is also why the site says plainly, on every page, that these operators are not covered by GamStop or overseen by the Gambling Commission. If you registered with GamStop because gambling was harming you, nothing here is meant for you, and the support page is the one worth reading.
Our limits on casino claims and promotion
- Publish a rating, a “best” label or a test result we cannot show the evidence for.
- Imply that an operator is approved, safe or regulated in Britain.
- Put affiliate links in a guide written for someone who is already in difficulty.
- Use countdown timers, pop-ups or invented scarcity to hurry a decision.
- Present getting round a self-exclusion as a benefit.
