The bonus terms we could not find

Six operator pages could be read. Two showed a wagering requirement; none showed a maximum win.

A welcome offer of “800% up to €7,800” is not a number. It becomes one when you know the wagering multiple, what that multiple applies to, the maximum you can win from the bonus, the maximum stake allowed while it is live, and the monthly withdrawal cap. On 23 September 2026 an automated check looked for those five figures on the promotions and terms pages we had on file for the sixteen operators then listed (eleven are still listed; five were replaced on 4 October, and the five newcomers have not been checked). Six of those turned out to be operators’ own pages that could be read.

What the check found on the six operator pages

A maximum win from a bonus0 of the 6

The two that state a multiple are TrustStake at 35× on the combined deposit and bonus and Betmac at 45× on the bonus plus the deposit. Applying the multiple to deposit plus bonus raises the turnover; it doubles it when the deposit and the bonus are equal. A second reading on 24 September found both figures again.

For the other ten operators, no operator page was read. Seven addresses could not be loaded at all, and three — for SlotoSport, Lilu Casino and CleanWins — turned out to be sites about the brand rather than the operator’s own. Two of those stated a multiple (40× for SlotoSport, 10× for Lilu Casino); we do not count figures from a site that is not the operator’s.

None of this proves the missing terms are absent. The check reads page text only — not images, pop-ups or per-bonus information panels — so a term it did not find may still be shown somewhere a visitor could reach.

Why bonus win, stake and withdrawal caps matter

Wagering gets the attention because it is the number operators sometimes advertise. The other three decide whether a win reaches your bank account.

  • Maximum win from a bonus. If the terms cap bonus winnings at five times a £50 bonus, a £3,000 win from that bonus pays £250.
  • Maximum stake while a bonus is live. A fixed amount per spin or bet, set in the terms. One bet above it can void the bonus balance.
  • Monthly withdrawal cap. A cap of £2,000 a month against a £20,000 payable balance means ten maximum-sized monthly withdrawals, during which the balance sits in an account you can still play from.

If you cannot find these three before depositing, ask support in writing and keep the reply. They matter before you decide, not after.

What could a 400% bonus require? A hypothetical example

Take a headline from the comparison: 400% up to £3,200. Deposit £800, receive £3,200 in bonus, hold £4,000. The figures below are hypothetical, because the check found no multiple for this offer.

  1. At 35× on the bonus alone, you would stake £112,000 before withdrawing. At 35× on deposit plus bonus, £140,000.
  2. At a £5 maximum stake, £140,000 of turnover is 28,000 spins. At six seconds a spin, about 47 hours of continuous play.
  3. With a cap of five times the bonus on winnings, the most you could take out of it is £16,000 however much you win. With a £2,000 monthly cap, that is eight maximum-sized monthly withdrawals.

Our check found none of those inputs on this operator’s page, so none of the three results can be worked out for the real offer without asking.

What to do before claiming any offer

  1. Find the bonus terms before depositing, not just the promotions page. They are often a separate document, linked in the footer rather than beside the offer.
  2. Find the maximum win. If you cannot find a cap, confirm in writing with support that there is none.
  3. Find the maximum stake. Note it, and stay under it for the whole time a bonus is active.
  4. Find the monthly withdrawal cap and compare it against what you would actually want to take out.
  5. If you cannot find them, ask support and keep the reply. A written answer is worth having if the term is later applied differently.

How we checked public bonus pages and what the check can miss

On 23 September 2026, and again on 24 September, a script opened the promotions, bonuses and terms pages at the addresses we had on file, waited for them to render, and searched their text for the five figures above. We later found that some of those addresses were not the operators’ own sites; results from those are not counted. The script did not open pop-ups, accept anything, or create an account, because the question being asked is what a visitor can find out before committing.

A term shown only behind a registration wall, inside an information panel or in an image would not be found by this check. That is a limit of the method, and it is why every result on this page says what was found rather than what exists.

These operators sit outside GamStop. A GamStop exclusion does not reach them. Bonus terms are the small problem; if you registered with GamStop because gambling was harming you, the offer is not the issue. Blocking tools and support are here, and the National Gambling Helpline is free and open 24 hours on 0808 8020 133.

Common questions

Do these operators have maximum win caps?

We do not know. The check did not extract a maximum win from any operator page it read, which establishes neither that a cap exists nor that it does not. Ask support in writing before claiming a bonus.

Which operators showed a wagering requirement?

Of the six operators whose own pages we could read: TrustStake at 35× on deposit plus bonus, and Betmac at 45× on bonus plus deposit. Both figures were found again on 24 September.

Is a low wagering requirement always better?

No. A 10× requirement on a small bonus with a low cap on winnings can be worth less than a 40× requirement with no cap. The multiple only means something alongside what it applies to — bonus only, or deposit plus bonus — and alongside the cap on what you can withdraw.
