Nongamstop Review

This site publishes figures that can be checked: licence numbers, wagering multiples, payout windows, dates. Publishing checkable things means being wrong in public occasionally, and a corrections page is only worth anything if it says exactly what happens when that occurs.

How to report an error on Nongamstop Review

Email contact@nongamstopreview.com with the page address and what you believe is incorrect. If you have a source — a screenshot, a link, a licence certificate, a support reply — include it, because it makes the difference between a change we can make today and one we have to verify first.

Operators are welcome to write in too. If we have recorded your licence as unpublished and it is in fact published somewhere we did not look, tell us where and we will correct it and say that we were wrong.

What happens after you report an error?

  1. We check it ourselves. We do not take a correction on trust any more than we took the original figure on trust.
  2. If it is wrong, we fix it. Same day where the check is quick; within a few days where it needs an operator to reply.
  3. The page says it changed. The “last updated” date moves, and where the correction is material — a licence, a cap, a payout figure — a line at the foot of the page records what changed and when.
  4. We tell you what we did, including if we decided the original was right, and why.

Which corrections get a note on the page?

Not every edit needs a note. Fixing a typo does not change what anyone would decide. These do, and are logged:

  • A licence number, regulator or licensed company.
  • A wagering requirement, maximum win, maximum stake or withdrawal cap.
  • A payout window or minimum deposit.
  • Anything describing what we checked, when, or what we found.
  • Anything about an operator’s conduct.

What we will not change in response to a complaint

  • Quietly delete a page. If something is wrong enough to remove, the page says it was removed and why.
  • Change a ranking because an operator asked. Commercial terms do not move the order, and an operator objecting to its position is not a correction.
  • Remove an accurate statement under pressure. Recording that an operator publishes no licence is not a defamatory claim; it is a description of that operator’s own site on a stated date, and the check is repeatable.
  • Back-date a change. If a figure was right in September and wrong in December, both are true and the dates say which was which.

Our data, and how to check it yourself

The licence and bonus-terms figures on this site come from reading each operator’s own pages on a recorded date. The method is described on the methodology page, and it is deliberately repeatable: anyone can open the same footer and see the same thing, or see that it has changed since we looked.

If it has changed, that is worth telling us about, because it means our figure is stale rather than wrong — and a stale figure on a page claiming to be checked is the same problem as an incorrect one.
