These terms cover your use of this website. They are short because the site is simple: it publishes information and links, and it does not sell anything or take payments.
What this site is
This website is published by The Nongamstopreview.com editorial team. It provides general information about casinos that operate outside the UK Gambling Commission’s regime and outside GamStop. It is not a casino, does not accept bets, and is not affiliated with GamStop, the Gambling Commission or any regulator.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is gambling, legal or financial advice, or a recommendation to gamble. Where we describe a law, a regulator’s process or a payment scheme, we link to the official source; if the stakes are high for you, read that source or take professional advice.
Accuracy and dates
Our own findings about named operators come from their websites on the dates shown, and operators change their terms, licences and domains without notice. We have not tested the operators we list with real money, and the offers, payout times and minimum deposits listed on the comparison page have not been verified by us. Check anything that matters to you on the operator’s site before you rely on it, and see the methodology page for what we have and have not checked.
Links to other sites
Some links take you to third-party websites, including casino operators on the comparison page. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or how they treat you. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you arrive.
Age and self-exclusion
Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over. The operators on the comparison page are not covered by GamStop and are not licensed in Great Britain. If you have registered with GamStop, or feel that gambling is causing you harm, please do not use them; free support and blocking tools are listed here.
Our liability
We take care to keep the information here accurate and dated, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or current, and we are not responsible for decisions you make at third-party sites. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Questions go to contact@nongamstopreview.com.
